Returns & Exchanges Policy
We do not offer a Return policy.

We only accept Exchange from the same seller within 7 days from the day you receive the order. For gifts items, you will have 14 days instead. Please note that additional delivery fees will apply on Exchange.

We cannot exchange beauty products, underwear bottoms, swimsuit bottoms, one-piece swimsuits and bodysuits.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the corresponding receipt.

Cancellation allowed within 24 hours from the day you place the order. You need to send us an email at

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please notify us immediately for assistance.
